Annette is an experienced journalist with more than 15 years experience in broadcast media and print – CNBC, Bloomberg TV and print, DPA, Deutsche Welle.

Since 2009 she is working as a freelance journalists and trainer. As CNBC’s Germany correspondent she is covering every angle of the German and also European economy ranging from the ECB, the political story in Berlin, Banks and last not not least the car industry.

In her role she has interviewed many decision makers in the corporate world and also leading politicians such as Deutsche Bank CEO’s, Siemens’s Joe Kaeser, Volkswagen’s Winterkorn, Daimler’s Zetsche, the PM of the UK, ECB’s President Trichet, Germany’s Finance Ministers, just to name a view.

That experience and contacts have made her a highly effective moderator, media trainer and video producer, assisting clients in preparing and sharpening their messaging for pro-active and crisis conditions.

Annette is a graduate of Frankfurt Goethe University in Economics and Political Science. A German born national born in Königstein im Taunus, Annette first ventured into Investment Banking after her studies but returned to business journalism after 5 years. She has worked in international environments for almost her whole career starting with NHK (during her studies) as a producer, Bloomberg in London where she developed her on-air skills as one of their main morning show anchors.
